Our Team
Dr. Eileen Poupore, Nurse Practitioner & Injector
Dr. Eileen Poupore joined Advanced Laser and Skin Clinic of Tacoma in August 2014.
Before joining the clinic, Dr. Poupore primarily practiced as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has comprehensive training and experience in Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, sclerotherapy & laser solutions, platelet rich plasma training, weight management, anti-aging and hormone therapy replacement. She earned her Master’s in Nursing Practice, Post-masters in Primary Care, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. She is from Washington State.
Zoe Anderson, LME
She is an enthusiastic Master Esthetician eager to contribute to the success of client treatments. As 2019 graduate of Washington Laser Institute she developed skills in laser and advanced esthetics treatment. She also is s graduate of Summit Salon Academy in Tacoma. She is PCA certified and understands how skin types determine treatments. She was born in Washington and raised in Tacoma.
Karla Barrick, Nurse Injector
Karla has been a nurse since 2003 with a wealth of experience in aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. She is professional and compassionate while understanding clients needs so she can help them look their best. Can speak Tagalog if needed. Advanced training in microchanneling, permanent make-up, saline tattoo removal, and PDO threads. On 3/18/23 Karla was recognized by The Skin Games as "Player of the Year" for Open Medical. Karla is a category finalist for Open Medical and Acne in the 2024 Skin Games. She traveled to Atlanta, GA in March for the final competition.
Carolina Berryman, LME
Carolina joins our team with experience and comprehensive training. Graduate of Summit Salon Academy in Tacoma and Washington Laser Institute (2023). She can provide multiple services offered in our clinic to include LHR, microneedling, chemical peels, and OxyGeneo. Carolina enjoys treating clients with Lumenis LightSheer providing laser hair removal. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog and cat. She has a passion for make-up and skin care. Carolina speaks Portugese and is perfecting her Spanish.
Aubrey Kelleher, LME
Being a Master Esthetician is second nature to Aubrey and she has embraced laser hair removal as one of her many skills. She has knowledge of IMAGE Skincare powered by proven ingredients, smart botanicals, and results first technology so she can recommend what will work for all skin conditions. Aubrey is a certified PCA skin care professional. She is also our Cosmetic Laser Safety Officer .
Sara Lemangie, LME
Sara is a graduate of Clover Park Technical College, Master and Medical Esthetics. She brings with her experience working in a spa setting with proven skincare and beauty expertise. She can provide therapeutic skincare services and medical esthetic treatments. Sara is a certified professional PCA skin professional. On 3/18/23 Sara was recognized by The Skin Games as "New Esthetician" of the year! Sara was successful as a player in the Skin Games in 2024. She is a category finalist in Acne, Open Medical, Hyperpigmentation and Anti-Aging. She has been sponsored by Clayton Shagal an innovative company that combines her passion and expertise to give skin the perfect blend of nature and science. Sara captured third place for Hyperpigmentation in 2024 at The Skin Games in Atlanta, Georgia.
