Our Team
Dr. Eileen Poupore, Nurse Practitioner & Injector
Dr. Eileen Poupore joined Advanced Laser and Skin Clinic of Tacoma in August 2014.
Before joining the clinic, Dr. Poupore primarily practiced as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has comprehensive training and experience in Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, sclerotherapy & laser solutions, platelet rich plasma training, weight management, anti-aging and hormone therapy replacement. She earned her Master’s in Nursing Practice, Post-masters in Primary Care, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. She is from Washington State and married to a Veteran.
Zoe, Licensed Master Esthetician
Born and raised in the Tacoma area, she brings a genuine passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident in their skin. She is a graduate of Summit Salon Academy and completed advanced laser and esthetics training at the Washington Laser Institute in 2019.
As a Master Esthetician, she combines her knowledge of different skin types with a personalized approach to each client’s needs and goals. She is trained and certified in PCA Skin, VI Peel, IPL, and tattoo removal.
Her warm personality, enthusiasm for esthetics, and commitment to continuing education allow her to create a comfortable treatment experience while helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.
Karla, Nurse Injector
Karla has been a nurse since 2003 and brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience, along with extensive knowledge in aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. Her professional yet compassionate approach helps clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in choosing treatments that support their individual goals.
Karla has advanced training in microchanneling, permanent makeup, saline tattoo removal, PDO threads, and aesthetic injections. She is also able to assist clients in Tagalog when needed.
Her expertise has earned recognition at The Skin Games, where she was named “Player of the Year” for Open Medical in 2023 and was a 2024 finalist in both Open Medical and Acne. An award-winning injector, Karla combines clinical experience, artistry, and a genuine commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.
Aubrey, Licensed Master Esthetician
Aubrey truly enjoys being a Master Esthetician and helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. A graduate of Fosbre Academy, she brings a warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm to every treatment. Laser hair removal has become one of her specialties, and she enjoys guiding clients through the process and celebrating their results along the way.
Aubrey is a certified PCA Skin Professional with additional certifications in VI Peel, IPL, tattoo removal, and permanent makeup removal. She also serves as our Cosmetic Laser Safety Officer, combining her commitment to client care with an important focus on safe and effective laser treatments.
Whether you are beginning a new skincare journey or coming in for a laser treatment, Aubrey strives to make every visit comfortable, informative, and positive.
Sara, Licensed Master Esthetician
Sara is a graduate of Clover Park Technical College’s Master Esthetics program and brings experience in both therapeutic skincare and advanced medical esthetic treatments. She is a certified PCA Skin Professional with additional training in VI Peel, IPL, and tattoo removal.
Sara was named “New Esthetician of the Year” at The Skin Games in 2023. In 2024, she returned as a finalist in Acne, Open Medical, Hyperpigmentation, and Anti-Aging, earning third place in Hyperpigmentation. Sponsored by Clayton Shagal, Sara combines her passion for skincare with a results-driven approach to helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.
